Shock CNN Poll: Trump Destroys Biden by Even Larger Margin With Third-Party Candidates Included

Things have gotten so bad for Sleepy Joe that even CNN’s polling can’t hide reality anymore.

The latest poll out of CNN shows, just as a slew of recent polls have, that Donald Trump defeats Biden in a head-to-head. But it also shined light into the question of whether or not Robert F. Kennedy Jr. would pull more votes from Trump or Biden - and the answer is yet more bad news for Biden.  

According to CNN:

Trump continues to hold an advantage over Biden as the campaign – and the former president’s criminal trial – move forward. 

… Among all voters, when independent candidates Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cornel West and Green Party candidate Jill Stein are included in the matchup, Trump holds 42% to Biden’s 33%, with Kennedy at 16%, West at 4% and Stein at 3%. Kennedy draws 13% each from supporters of Biden and Trump in the initial two-way matchup.

In the Biden vs. Trump matchup, the poll finds Biden faring worse than in previous CNN polls among the youngest voters, trailing Trump by a 51%-to-40% margin among voters younger than 35. Biden’s deficit with voters in that group is driven largely by those who did not vote in 2020. With that group excluded, voters between the ages of 18 and 34 in this poll divide 46% for Biden to 47% for Trump. 

In a Trump/Biden head-to-head, Trump leads 49%-43%, or 6-points, instead of by nine with RFK Jr. included.  

Among the other key findings included the following:

• 44% of those polled by CNN said they viewed Trump’s presidency as a failure, compared to 55% who view it as a success.
• By contrast, 61% say Biden’s presidency has been a failure, and only 39% a success.
• Republicans are more pro-Trump than Democrats are pro-Biden. 92% of Republicans say Trump’s presidency was a success, while only 73% of Democrats say the same about biden.
• Interestingly, among Independents, more than half said Trump’s presidency was a success, while only 37% view Biden’s the same way. 

 

And keep in mind that if the past two presidential elections are any indication, the polls always understate Republican support.
